Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This website has no account system for the public, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message, along with the company name, phone number, and area of interest you optionally provide.

When you apply for a role through the careers page, we receive your name, email address, the role you applied for, your message, and — if you attach one — your résumé or supporting document, including its file name, type, and contents. You may also optionally provide a phone number.

Our web host and infrastructure providers keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request details, for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, where a conversation follows, to discuss and deliver services.

Career applications are used to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and for other roles at DSS we think may suit you.

Server logs are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or security incidents.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or session-replay tools, and it does not track you across other websites. That is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

One cookie exists: a session cookie set only for DSS staff who sign in to the private administration area. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

Some pages embed third-party content — for example, a map on the contact page. Those providers may set their own cookies when the embedded content loads, under their own policies.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who operate this site and our business systems on our behalf — hosting, database, and email providers — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of the systems we run.

Applications and inquiries submitted through this site are handled by DSS employees.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and career applications are retained for as long as they remain useful for the purpose they were submitted for, and for our own record-keeping and legal obligations afterward.

If you would like your inquiry or application deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove it, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

How we protect it

The site is served over encrypted connections, form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database, and the administration area is restricted to authenticated DSS staff.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information — health records, financial account numbers, or government identifiers — through the forms on this site.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and job applicants. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and change the date above.
