Our commitment

We build and operate technology for healthcare practices, school districts, and government agencies — organizations with real accessibility obligations. It would be difficult to argue our own website should be held to a lower standard.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as the target we build against, not as a badge.

What we have done

Specific measures implemented on this site:

• A “Skip to main content” link on every page, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• Semantic landmarks and headings, with labeled navigation, forms, and sections for screen reader users.
• Keyboard access to every interactive control, including the navigation menus, accordions, and forms.
• Respect for the operating system's “reduce motion” setting — animations, scroll effects, and the moving review cards stop when it is enabled.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology rather than described with filler.
• Form fields with visible labels and error messages that are announced rather than shown only as color.
• Layouts built with relative units so the page remains usable when text is enlarged or the window is narrow.

Where we currently stand

This is a partial conformance statement, and we would rather say so plainly: we have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit of this site, so we do not claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

Known limitations we are working on: some third-party embedded content, such as maps, is outside our direct control, and older documents linked from articles may not meet the same standard as the pages around them.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to tell you what we intend to do about the issue.
